I found a hidden gem in the neighborhood! They had a great variety of dairy-free options as well. I always like to support local businesses, and this family-run restaurant did not disappoint. Their flavors were unique and the cookies paired perfectly with the ice cream.

As the weather improves, ice cream season is just around the corner. Today, I was invited to try "Innocent Ice Cream" on Main Street. This is no ordinary ice cream shop - they specialize in pairing their homemade ice creams with their homemade cookies.

On Main street, there lies a secret hidden gem for those who enjoy frosty treats on a hot summer day. It’s called Innocent Ice-Cream and they specialize in gluten free ice-cream sandwiches!. They opened not too long ago and already the news of their existence has spread like wild fire. They invited me to come try their ice-cream sandwiches so I took Meta Knight with me to enjoy.

My girlfriend and I had noticed a new ice cream shop that opened up on this corner. But it wasn't just any ice cream shop, it's a gluten free ice cream sandwich shop. Man did it ever sound cool! We just had to try it.<br/ <br/ It's a small little shop with plenty of parking around the hood. I got a bit overwhelmed with what to order since it was my first time there. I originally thought I could order a big ice cream sandwich. But for some reason I was directed by a nice gentlemen to try out their sandwich flight. Not a problem I gave it a shot.<br/ <br/ Mind you the prices are high but you are getting good quality ingredients here. I love how the front of the shop opens up during summer, and how DOG FRIENDLY it is. <br/ <br/ Would I come back again?<br/ Yes, to try out their big sandwiches. I enjoyed my time here. They also give you a stamp card for your purchase.<br/

OH MY GOODNESS these are good! What is better then not one but two soft cookies filled with ice cream. I honestly stared blankly at the board for about 10 minutes trying to decide on flavours because they all sound amazing (and I'm indecisive AF). The owner was there to help coach me through. I got the Choco-Mint which is two double chocolate cookies with mint chip ice cream. If you don't wanna commit to one big cookie you can do ice cream cookie flights so you get three little mini sandwiches. Plus the cookies are gluten free so you can feel slightly better about yourself
