Jingle Bao - Vancouver

The food is fantastic and the service is even better. Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick amazing dishes.

We ordered the giant XLB and my jaw dropped when I saw the size of this dumpling! I was so excited to pierce the soup dumpling and sip it through the straw. We got the spicy version and it surely did not disappoint! Each bite was rich and flavourful with tender meat! I found it to be more savory than the classic regular-sized XLB.

I visited Jingle Bao for the first time this past weekend. I saw their Bao High Tea on instagram and knew I had to try it! I really liked the variety and tried many dim sum items I am not familiar with. Not only was it beautiful, but flavourful as well. I wouldn't say it was the best dim sum I have ever had, but it was an enjoyable meal.
