La Brass - Vancouver

Our meals here are always top of the line. We shared moules and truffle frites for an appetizer and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. I wish I knew the secret of their sauce. My husband had his “go to” dish, bouillabaisse, which featured the usual fish and shellfish with extra large clams unusual and flavorful. My rainbow trout special with couscous and French beans was perfect. The service is always knowledgeable and friendly. La Brass is always amongst our first choices for dining out. Highly recommended.

Christmas Eve dinner. Very good everything was perfect

It could you something in the decoration to dampen the noise. Unfortunately the noise level experienced during our meal made it so difficult to hear each other. It was unfortunate as we all felt the food was great.
