I went there a couple months ago with some friends, we were a big group and ordered a lot of food, the server barley understood what we ordered, she gave me the wrong food and she said that I had ordered what she gave me. I know how tacos are supposed to taste and what I got was dry and the flavour was bad, I paid like 30 dollars for 3 tacos and a bottle of sparkling water. I’m my opinion, the place isn’t worth it. I don’t want to sound rude it is just how I fell, I hope you can improve a little with this. ? Another comment to management/ owner, most of your 1 star reviews are from Mexicans, so… the place could do something a lot better
Very cool decor and great service; the servers were very kind and friendly. However, the tacos I got tonight were so dry. The tortillas and meat were both dry, though the fillings were well portioned and seasoned. I must have got a bad batch, seeing how others gave great reviews here...
One of our favorite meal’s experiences in Vancouver during a week here! Mateo was amazing with service, drinks, answering questions the whole package. Highly recommend this quaint charming spot for lunch!!!!*Don’t miss the fresh guacamole or margaritas!!! Made with love quality I ingredients.(Tacos, draft beer enchiladas were fabulous too!!!)Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to sit at or roll up to tables, if needed.
**Food: 5/5** We kicked off our meal with the deep-fried tortilla appetizer, which we ordered with a pepper filling. It was absolutely delicious and served in a unique inception-style taco (a soft shell on the outside and a fried shell on the inside). The pepper filling was incredibly flavorful, and even my girlfriend, who usually prefers meat, enjoyed it. They also offer a variety of fillings, including four vegetarian options. For our main courses, I chose the Mexican baguette sandwich while she opted for three different tacos. She raved about her tacos, saying they were full of flavor and juicy. My sandwich was fantastic as well; I went for the chickpea filling, which paired perfectly with the avocado and pico de gallo already on it. Most dishes come with a choice of filling. Oh, and I have to mention their extensive selection of Mexican beers! I tried Pacifico for the first time, and it was a hit! **Atmosphere: 5/5** The interior is quite nice and matches the quirky luchador theme perfectly. The menus cleverly present dishes in a competition-style format, with amusing names like Rey Burrito Mysterio (apologies if I got that wrong). The decor beautifully complements the food presentation, with vibrant colors and well-placed lighting. The use of wood and tasteful plastic decor adds to the overall experience. **Service: 5/5** Our server was a bit inexperienced but very attentive and professional. He took the time to explain the menu, made helpful suggestions, and ensured our table was well-maintained. Even when they ran out of the gordita bread, he promptly checked in to offer alternative options. **Cleanliness: 5/5** This is an easy 5. The place was immaculate and spotless. **Overall: 5/5** I didn't have high expectations going in, but they were completely exceeded. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service make this a must-visit!
