The curry sauce comes in 4 different spice levels, and I chose level 3. Overall, the curry was tasty and filling, especially with a generous serving of rice. I think opting for a lower spice level might have brought out more flavor in the curry. It would have been nice to have more vegetables included in the $4 add-on though. The mango pudding from The Vegan Pudding Co. was fantastic! I would dine here again, but I don't feel the need to rush back.
I ordered Tonkatsu chicken curry sauce and beef curry sauce. It was our first time there. We found chicken curry was quite more sour than other places. If you don’t like sour taste, you may not like it. We both prefer the beef curry sauce. Their miso soup is a must-try, It was so good.
A very cute curry house with delicious beef curry! The food came within minutes after I gave my order, their curry has a more creamy texture than the what I could make at home.Only downside is that the little house gets filled up real quick in lunch times and makes want leave to make room for others who are waiting
The curry was so savory and delicious. I went with beef curry and karaage with level 3 spice and it was so so so good. Absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and happy and it was just a great vibe for a quick lunch. I'll absolutely be coming back!
Cute little restaurant tucked away, with a good selection of curry available to try! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and service is great! Chicken katsu and tonkatsu were good quality and had a good crunch from the breading while still being juicy inside. Price wise, a little more expensive for the amount that you’re getting in my opinion, but while it might stop me from going regularly, I think this is definitely worthwhile to go to satisfy an authentic Japanese curry craving, and I would recommend trying if you’re in the area!
