Panago Pizza - Vancouver

The operating hours are misleading. They don’t offer pick-up after 11, and I’m not sure why this information isn’t displayed anywhere.

On the day of the event, I didn't even notice he had arrived; one moment, all my guests were dancing and enjoying slices of pizza. It was absolutely perfect. Khody even followed up with a kind email congratulating me and ensuring everything was as requested. The late-night pizza party was a highlight of the wedding, especially as the clock struck midnight and guests began to leave the venue. After everything settled down, I received another follow-up email inviting me to the store for a little gift. Khody is doing amazing work. He truly made the most chaotic day of my life a bit smoother, and he went above and beyond. We need more people like Khody and his team in the world!

I received the wrong order and was given a credit in return. However, the pizza was cut poorly, almost as if a child had done it. Unfortunately, I also ended up feeling unwell for a couple of days after eating it. Overall, this particular Panago location was disappointing. I would recommend trying a different one, which is surprising coming from a passionate fan of Panago.

If Had the option to give 0 stars, I would give a negative Star rating... Customer Service of the staff and owner are pityful and I feel sorry for the other people who were a loyal Customers but had no choice but to change their mind. The so called Supervisor needs to take a Hospitality and Customer Service training.

Great service! owner is very kind and supervised was very helpful, pizza was great! They also have countless special tasty items on there menu would definitely recommend ordering from this fine establishment
