Contribuisci feedbackI think it's fair to share my bad customer service experience and still give this place a 1 out of 5 stars for at least the food quality. I have always gone to this place for my pizza hut fix but today must be a busy/bad day for the facility because my online order for 2 large pizzas was good over 30 minutes too late. the order said it was ready for picking up at 5:25 a.m. and if the tracker told me that it was ready for picking up, the person on the counter said that I had to wait 10 minutes after processing my payment and a partial refund. I paid with my credit card, but quickly realized that I was charged $0.03 more 29.10 than what I had to pay 29.07 I tried to ask if I could correct it and the cashier said the payment had already gone through so that it sounds like it wasn't fixed. He even tried to apologise the problem by saying it was a round-up time to explain why I was accused more. I did not buy it because the rounding guidelines states that all amounts that end in 6 cents and 7 cents are rounded down to the next 5 cents against all amounts that end in 8 cents and 9 cents are rounded to the next 10 cents. I did not want to point to the obvious, but my order intake even shows $29.07 as a payment amount and if I had paid with cash, the rounded order should be $29.05, I can only imagine how many customers could have been directly or indirectly affected by this error; the business should be audited by all its transactions in this case. I stood on my floor and asked to take the $0,03 back on my credit card as gone to make a point as it was wrong to take additional money from no valid reason. but after receiving my refund, the assistant (unhappy) reminded me to wait 10 minutes for my order. I wait 10 minutes or longer until my wife told me what took as long as our young children who waited with her in the vehicle got hungry. I told her that the job was not ready from any reason and my wife said that it should be ready at 5:25 o'clock why we came to get our order if it wasn't. the person who helped me was busy cutting and boxing pizzas for other people. also the staff was busy, but after 30 minutes my wife waits for me to complain about our order. I tried to ask the person who helped me when my order is ready, as she should be done a long time ago, but he just gave me the cold shoulder. he went back to prepare the commands of other people for collection or delivery. only one worker recognized my complaint and I was shocked to see that he had two boxes that were sitting on the pizza oven (all this time wanted to check the employee had paid and I told him that I did and wanted only my pizza. I was pretty livid when I went around 18:00 clock with 2 pizzas that were ready since the time I went. only unacceptable service and business practices!
Good if they like to wait 30 minutes longer than they need.
We tried to place a large order, but they were pineapple for Hawaii pizza. we asked for hawaiian without pineapple. they informed us that because ham and cheese pizza is not on the menu, there would be an additional fee for it. absolutely ridiculous to charge extra because they are from an ingredient. pizza is always greasy and not cut right here anyway, did not order long for me. edited to add: they also abused us for our pizza and offered us another pizza to make sure. the kerl says that the refund was impossible to us my pizza also looks terrible and is not completely cut. actually can't believe this incredibly bad service lol
I ordered supersupreme pizza with homestyle chest and Hawaiian pizza with thin crust, but I have supersupreme with thin crust and Hawaiian pizza with homestyle chest. the person I spoke to on the phone said they had made the right order and then he said they had made a mistake. he said I'm sorry, but I'll never order pizza again.
Pizza and wings was fresh and tasted so good I haven't had pizza hut in so long , I am putting pizza hut 1st on my list of pizza places to order from.
