Salsa & Agave Mexican Grill - Vancouver

Talk about a great random find when I didn't know where to go for dinner! Checked this place out, so glad I did! Beer specials are great, and my BC burrito bowl was awesome!! There is a lot to this menu, can't wait to come back and try out some of the other items.

My boyfriend and I come to this place very often, my favorite dishes are the Aztec soup and choriqueso, the attention from the owner of the place (I think he is) is very good, he has good charisma, in general the other dishes are good, I don't like rice.The place is usually busy, but we always get a table when we arrive and we don't wait long.

So this happens to be one of my friends, favorite restaurants, so I have generally eaten here every time I come to visit. She tends to get the Azteca soup which this time we shared as well as the vegetarian burrito bowl, I got tacos this time with her pretty good. We've come in the past and sat out on the patio with her dog, she happens to be in a chair and wheeled here from her house, so that's super convenient. The seating inside is relatively limited, but very cute. Craving Mexican food so we stopped at this restaurant. There were plenty of people. Indoor and outdoor seating. The waitress was nice. Can't say much for the food. It was simply okay. Not horrible but I can't say I'd eat there again.
