Starbucks - Vancouver

I was in line with a gentleman ahead of me, just finishing with his order. He was leaving and the batista strikes up a conversation with him that lasted 6 minutes before I decided to stop having my time wasted and left without ordering. The young lady was very rude as she glanced over at me and kept talking to her friend. I 've been going to this location for a long time. I 'm fairly certain her own coworkers were staring at her wondering why she was not taking more orders as more people formed a line behind me. Ridiculous and poor customer service and the one Barista landed a 1 star review for the whole location.

Jan 19, 2024 after a snowy few days in Vancity, I dropped someone off and went for a Joe. Grabbed a few bucks from my ride when I realized no wallet today.Told my barista my story story and he offered to get my coffee after I paid.Very friendly and much appreciated gesture.Dined in and had a nice experience people watching. The place was still very busy even with all the slush outside.Parking: This location is on a major routes for people heading downtown on Cambie Street, eastbound on 41st and close to the Oakridge Mall construction tower sites.Lots of construction workers, some in pickup trucks and office workers picking up their morning coffee and breakfast or break.Some limited 1 hour free parking on 39th and Cambie but turns over quickly as pre-orders are made and saw some were there for a quick pick-up of their order.

Honestly most overstaffed Sbux I've ever seen, slowest service I've seen with few customers.

I go here daily for the Pike place coffee. I usually ask for a grande, but they always give me a venti. I collect their points and get a lot of free stuff. The staff seem friendly enough and learn your name after a while. Overall a good experience!

I ordered a London Fog. The store was pretty busy so its normal to wait a few minutes but I basically saw them work on all the people's orders behind me. So after 10 mins I approached the barista and asked if maybe my order was forgotten. She said she would get to it but still nothing. Then I went to speak to another person who looked like he was acting manager, he listened but did nothing. I basically waited 20 minutes for the drink and felt like never coming back. Is this our future? Bad service and there were 5 of them and 2 cashiers.
