I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but starting today I will be taking my business to Mr. restaurant across the street.
The restaurant is good, but the prices are high for the quality of the food. Dinner on weekends can get very crowded.
My husband and I have been to Sushi Nami several times in the past, and have always been satisfied with the food. We recently had dinner there again, and were very happy with the food and the service we received. The tuna sashimi was lovely and fresh, and the pieces were large and at a perfect temperature. Similarly, the fish on our nigiri was fresh; the pieces were large; and the rice had a good texture. The restaurant is long and narrow. As the only window is at the front by the sushi counter and kitchen, the main dining area is a little dark, but the space is still pleasant and the tables are nicely spaced. There is also a small patio with several tables. We will return to Sushi Nami in the future.
On the pricey side specially if you're stocking to sushi and sashimi only but if you venture into their varieties of rolls then it becomes more reasonably priced. Other dish like noodles and rice are also better options for the price conscious.
