The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small and requires reservations days in advance, especially during peak times. While some may find it a bit pricey, the quality of the food and unique dining experience make it worth it. Trust me, you will love it!
1. Skyawari Donburi: A delicious rice bowl with a variety of fresh seafood. 2. Uma Special Sushi: Beautifully presented with a good selection of fish. 3. Uni Local Nigiri: The portion size of the Uni seemed smaller compared to the price. 4. Hokkaido Hotate Nigiri: The scallops were well flavored and the service was efficient, with prompt tea refills. The ambiance of the restaurant was simple and clean, with street parking available. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return.
I visited this restaurant in March 2022 and ordered three items that were very fresh. I thought the Sashimi pieces were slightly thin, but it meant there wasn't an overwhelming amount of fish in every bite. Personally, I found the deluxe chirashi donburi to be more worth it than the deluxe sashimi. All the sashimi was delicious, especially the salmon on fire which was like a sushi bagel. However, I felt that it had a very thin piece of fish and was mostly rice for show. The service was average, with friendly servers who smiled often, but we had to ask for tea refills which should have been automatically offered. The tea itself was lacking in flavor, tasting more like hot water. Despite this, I would return just for the food alone. The total bill came to $58.28 before tip.
A jewel! I always come back to this sushi joint because it always has been very fresh and tastes delicious. I recommend her chirashi dons. I wish I had a photo, but I swallowed it as soon as it arrived. good value for money as they get a good selection of fresh sashimi on rice. a special spiced soy sauce is easily brushed on the sashimi that will bring the chirashi don to a whole new level! you have to try!
They have sushi donut and tons of cool Japanese cuisine
