The Black Frog Eatery - Vancouver

During my visit to Vancouver as a tourist, I was looking for a quick meal with Poutine and a nice view. What I found exceeded my expectations! The bartender was incredibly friendly and patient, offering me great drink suggestions. I ended up choosing a cider and also tried some IPAs. The soup and salad I had were fresh and delicious, with a standout being the chicken curry soup. I then indulged in the Poutine with bacon and mushrooms, which was very tasty. The restaurant's location across from the Gastown steam clock added to the experience, as I was able to hear the steam while enjoying my meal and the view. If I ever return to Vancouver, I will definitely make it a point to dine here again!

Stopped by for as appetizer and beverage. The app was good and the drinks were delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good.

Right next to the Gastown clock, great selection of beers, music was nostalgic and wasn't too busy.

A cute spot right near the Steamclock! Reasonably priced but mediocre food. Staff was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was cool and welcoming! Enjoyed what we ordered but nothing to write home about. A good spot for a quick meal.

Scumbags charging a totally different price than listed on the menu. Menu listed beers as $7.75 each, but bill came as $9 each. I asked waitress and she said what day did you come in and pay that price? I showed her the menu and she acted surprised. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed he was in Europe. Chunky girl with dark hair and tattoos. Seemed nice but really deceiving.
