Vij's Railway Express is a food truck in Vancouver that specializes in Indian fusion food.

What an amazing idea for a birthday party or any celebration. Lazy Gourmet arranged for a virtual cooking class that was so much fun and pretty well foolproof. Each guest received a box that contained, literally, all the ingredients needed for a three course dinner...plus cocktails. Our box had containers each one labelled and pre-measured. Our menu was Crab Cakes, Tuna with Japanese Noodles and Gluten-free Brownies. Great sauces and sides were included. Vegan and gluten-free options were available. At the prearranged time we logged onto Zoom and for the next couple of hours we were led through our class by the talented and humorous Chef Dave. As I said it was so much fun and very delicious. I can’t wait until I have an opportunity to host my own Virtual Cooking Class with Lazy Gourmet. I have always been impressed with their catering and this is one more thing I love about this company.

I am not a chef nor do I aspire to be one but I attended a virtual cooking class hosted by Lazy Gourmet when friends asked me to join. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone cooking in their own kitchens and the food...was remarkably easy to prepare and delicious to eat. Having the fresh, pre-measured ingredients delivered to my home was a dream. Will likely do another class again soon!
