Great Vietnamese ham and papaya salad. The are best known for rice cake bang cuon with ground pork) I have been going her for some time. The quality is hit or miss and sometimes items not as fresh.Their pork ham use to be $4 now is $7.50 for a little ball of ham and their steam rice roll with pork use to be $7.50 is now $11.50 when its $2 in ingredients rice and minced pork) to make. I don’t know what happened to this place and if it might be new ownership and if it’s new ownership but buyer beware in quality and inflated cost. Two little hams should be $15 and extremely pricey when it use to not be and the size has is small as well
This Vietnamese deli is the only brand I know in the lower mainland that chicken has vietnamese ham. if they like black pepper, this is a tasty to try!
The owner was extremely rude and didn’t want us to spend more time looking at stuff in the store. She was trying to get rid of us and yelling in Vietnamese at us. The food is good of course. But no Vietnamese people or any people would want to be yelled at when shopping.
Easy to find, banh mi is delicious, and priced well for what you get. Should visit just to try it out and see which Vietnamese shop you like best.Sells egg rolls which uses rice rolls.
