I ordered 2 spicy burger and pastry just half an hour before closing. Chicken was like a rock hard to eat..bread was stale and pastry was smelly and hard to eat. I immediately left my place to complaint but store was already closed. And above all this the worst part is i am having bad stomachache now. I am pretty sure i would never come back here. Coffee was completely cold too. I actually have to take an antacid and painkiller.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I ordered a drink along with a breakfast wrap. At most Tim Hortons, an order like that would take 5 minutes, however it took 20 minutes for the workers to make my wrap. I even asked about my order 15 minutes into waiting and they said that they were making it. However I know that that is false because they only started making the wrap a couple minutes after I asked about it. A crowd of customers were also waiting for their orders and they kept taking new orders as if they didn’t already have a lot. It seems as though they only know how to make drinks because that was all they were putting out. The workers had no sense of urgency as they were taking their time to make only drinks while being ignorant towards their food orders. Do not recommend this place, especially if you have a time limit. Going to the Mcdonald’s in the food court is worth more than the service I received.
This Tim Hortons is probably the worst one downtown. They take forever in comparison to the rest. I also requested for a dairy substitute in my coffee but was given milk. I'm lactose intolerant, so that was great thanks for that. The staff here are always ignorant, slow and lazy. Skip this one and just walk 10 minutes to the next.If people have really severe food allergies and you serve them something they can't have you should know that you can really harm someone. I'm lucky my dairy intolerance isn't as bad as it could be.
Their customer service is really bad. They are all working with an attitude specially a guy name mahvish. I asked for iced vanilla latte, but there were milk lumps in my coffee, so when I went back to get it exchanged, instead of valuing my complaint, I was shown an attitude. It’s as as if it is my fault that I both the coffee. Very bad experience. They should train their staff for customer experience.
