Triple O's - Vancouver

Veggie burger was nice. The staff was nice. It was a work event so they catered to the team only and closed the place for rest. Nicely managed.

Came in with low expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised. It was so fast, even though it was really busy at the time. My food was done in under a minute. I don't even know how that's possible, but it happened. Also the onion rings are very good, better than A&W.

The ladies that work at this location are the most miserable and rude customer service workers i have ever met. i ordered and sat at a table to eat my food when less than 20 minutes later a lady approached me to ask me to leave because there was a lineup while spraying some type of solution on the table i was using. the restaurant had 8 open tables looool. these women have no tolerance for university students and they literally work on campus. this isn’t even the first time these ladies have been like this either and it’s obviously a pattern in the type of people they employ/ the overall work culture.update: i have now decided that i will stay at the table until my next class which is an hour from now out of pettiness.

Very nice atmosphere and very pleasant environment it was my pleasure to,sit there and relax and have a nice meal very first time I was in UBC and first time I was in Triple O restaurant so relaxing good

Worst experience ever. PLEASAE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ABOUT SPEAKING NUMBERS!!! I have my number 76, but they JUST KEPP CALLING 73 and blame me just because I didn't come when I heard 73. It's YOUR FAULT but you start BLAMING ON ME??? You are so rude and you can still get 3.5? You just worth 0.5. RUDEST PEOPLE AND WORST SERVICE IN CANADA.
