Via Tevere Neapolitan Express (Food Truck)

Went after being told this is the best pizza place in town.Service was fast, maybe too fast as dough was not fully cooked. Would have preferred better cheeses on my cheese pizza such as gorgonzola and any type of stronger cheese.People from my party also did not enjoy their pizza as expected.Have yet to find a good pizza place in VancouverHowever this place seems kid friendly.

Vancouver, BC is one of our favorite cities! During our current stay our host recommended Vi Tevere Pizzeria on Victoria St. It was amazing with such flavorful pizza flash-baked in a 900 degree wood-fired oven. We were informed that unlike most pizzas theirs does not come sliced. For that we would have to use our knives which were imported from Naples. Very busy place with a long line by the time we left. We may have enjoyed the best, most authentic pizza we've ever had!

This is a very authentic Italian pizzeria buried into a residential neighborhood. It's got neighborhood comfort and charm but you better come here for the pizza because it's fabulous. Great dough baked perfectly in a wood fire pizza oven to give perfect rules. The pizza has the lovely black blisters that tell you it was cooked to Neapolitan standards. The crust is perfect and the San Marzano tomato sauce was delicious.I had margherita, I can only say it was great! They have a good wine list but since we were sitting near the bar I could see they had some other great selections I would have prefered not on the wine list. Next time I will ask the waiter what other wines they have. They have good desert and after dinner selections available and I had a local Long Table Distillery Amaro to finish my meal and it fit the spot perfectly. They had several other amaros and when I asked about them they told me they also had this local Vancouver selection. After tasting this amaro I stopped at the distillery to buy a bottle. A great authentic pizza restaurant for every night of the week.

My favorite pizza in town, I take the Napolitana and rip it with my fingers the traditional way. the pizza crust is fabulous, they import their flour I guess, because the elasticity of the dough is a very different from what you usually get. I love their summer patio with vines hanging down. Great service. If only they had better deserts it would be perfect.

Don't let the long line up dissuade you from going. It is worth every second of the wait. I've been here a few tupimes and have never been disappointed. The salads and pizza and dessert are all excellent
