White Spot - Vancouver

Stopped here for a late lunch. I had the Asian Crispy Noodle Chicken Salad. Excellent choice, nice and spicy. With a beer.

Food was disgusting dry and over fried. They tasted like rubber and difficult to swallow. The service was slow even though it was not that busy.

.. dated décor.. the restaurant could use a renovation..(but eventually will close down to make way for more condos)... The Happy Hour menu has drink specials and some food specials... I had the "zoo sticks" .. breaded deep fried zucchini .. but as usual.. the breading falls off easily.. they should look into some egg wash, flour so that the breading stays on! Also I had the Dry Ribs.. which were (surprisingly) quite good. The famous White Spot burgers are good too. Families are welcome here. The food and service can be slow at times... don't expect a 'fast' meal! The quality has gone down over the years.. but White Spot is a Vancouver tradition!

Seven of us descended upon this icon of Hamburger Heaven in Vancouver after a movie. Various foods ordered and enjoyed: double double, chicken strips and fries, pasta etc...service was quick and gracious. No complaints. Allremarked what great value this establishment has retained over the years. Please continue for many more years.

Less than a 5 min walk from Westin Bayshore hotel. It's decent food at a reasonable price. I really enjoyed the breakfast.
