Yagoto Sushi Dining - Vancouver

I was going to attend my dentist in the building next door and had enough time for lunch. My selection was the Sashimi Combo which included salad, rice and miso soup for just under $12.00. No such a bad deal

Yagoto was recommended to us by Japanese friends. Everyone loves this place- our young kids, dad, and me. It is not uncommon to eat there several times a month.

This is our go-to neighbourhood sushi restaurant. It is fresh, great quality and price. My standard of sushi restaurants is very high (grandparents from Japan, have been to Japan). Relaxed atmosphere and good service.

Had the sashimi & maki lunch combo which came with miso soup, green salad and 6 pcs of mixed sashimi and the choice of a maki roll. Cozy place with good quality fish. Staff and sushi chef were very friendly, add that to the good value... we'll be back again soon!

Our plans for lunch got messed up so we went for sushi instead. Never can go wrong with sushi in my books. Scanned for a new spot to try and found Yagoto Sushi Dining. It’s located right beside Evelyn’s Coffee Shop. We dropped in 20 minutes before they closed for lunch on a Monday afternoon but they were very accommodating and didn’t rush us. It’s run by a very gentile Japanese couple. Love the mom and pop shops.
