Yakiniku Chosun Restaurant - Vancouver

I've been here twice now Once with my partner for her birthday and just last week for drinks and appies We sat on the patio and ordered the sapporo

Japanese Restaurant with Korean BBQ! Great food, authentic with a burner in the centre of the table for cooking the BBQ meats. Ordered the combo bbq meats-with chicken, pork and beef- which was delicious The service was very bad and the server looked angry all...evening!! Sat for ages on entering the restaurant and wasn’t offered a menu even though the restaurant wasn’t busy!! I’m not sure this is because we were the only customers who weren’t Asian or the servers just don’t want to work there!! Ordered a Combo B meat platter from the menu and was given the wrong order!! Asked for water and was ignored!!! The food was delicious and portion size huge. All in all- this is a very good restaurant let down by really poor service!

Edamame, Black Dragon Roll and Nigiri tuna. Great atmosphere and very attentive service. Love the urban setting and yet so close to the water. Blossom time!

Great Food, cool Ambiente. Dark&rustic, with a barbecue grill in the middle of the table. Extremly friendly service. We did not use the grill, we had sashomi and a japanese Specialty. One might be bothered by the music. Its a place for young people..or the...ones who stay young. Resonable prices.

Two of us dined on an early dinner after touring for all afternoon. We decided to share four appetizers and a small salad. Each one was very tasty and enjoyable. Beware the serves are bigger than we expected do we over ordered. Staff were efficient....The only negative was the green tea was in powder form.
