There’s honestly nothing “great” about this company or their bagels. Perhaps the name is a nod to how much they disappoint.
I wouldn't recommend dining here, as it's a waste of both time and money. The customer service is quite lacking.
Solidly good airport breakfast spot to help feed your hunger. The staff was nice, service was quick, the food was hot, and the bagels were soft. I ordered the bacon bagel on Asiago. After being toasted the cheese on top was a little burnt but the bagel itself wasn't hard or dry so perfect! There aren't many food options in this airport and this is one of the only ones that open early.
When I finally reached the front of the line, I was shocked to discover that this restaurant charges exorbitant prices for mediocre food and only accepts cash. Seriously? At an international airport, how is it acceptable not to accept credit cards? What were they doing during the pandemic? To add insult to injury, there is an ATM conveniently located right next to the restaurant, but it comes with a hefty fee. Overall, I would give this place a 0/10. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The management, ownership, and Dayton Airport should all be embarrassed by the level of service here!
