Mcdonald's - Vandalia

I waited in the drive-thru while five cars in the other lane were served. No one mentioned anything to me. When I reached the window, I explained the situation, and the staff member was sympathetic and took my order. The food was excellent, but the service today was disappointing. I hope this isn't a regular occurrence.

The service at the Drive-Thru was quick, and my quarter was hot and fresh.

My hamburgers arrived with handprints on them, which was quite unappetizing. There was an excessive amount of ketchup, spilling everywhere in the wrappers. Furthermore, the burgers weren't wrapped well, making them messy to handle. They were also too tough to eat, so I couldn't finish them. There were only two cars in front of me, and the place didn't seem very busy at the time.

Terrible experience. first the drive is slow, I had tolerance due to short workers. but if I get that, I thought it was different. I ordered extra pickles and I didn't get them. the fries were also very healthy and unsalted, water-down lying drinks. will never be back

On the 5th august 202 I have just made an early order and maybe the 4th car in line for their 5 o'clock open. ordered 4 breakfast burritos and 2 hashbrowns. came after home to 3 breakfast burritos and 3 hashbrowns. not even what I ordered, although the screen was correct. my advice, check their commands before they leave the drive thru.
