The food is always good, it's always fast and on top of that they let us pick up multiple mobile orders at a time very good. I've had not a lot of issues with getting the wrong food and the app works amazing, Great job overall.
Drive thru live was moving a bit slower than I prefer but not much to complain about. Food was what one would expect from a taco bell
They DO NOT DRAIN THEIR HAMBURGER MEAT. So your crunchy taco is greasy wet she'll. It's disgusting
Ordered a steak burrito with only lettuce and tomato. They put extra stuff on it which I wasn't to happy about and I payed almost 7.00 for it and it was super small. The 1.00 menu was bigger then the steak burrito.
Food was good, the service, was another story. The fellow that waited on us was new and trying very hard to give us good service, his trainer was the problem, he was short with the new guy, and instead of helping him, he just stand and say nothing, even when the trainee would ask a question. The trainer also shorted us an item and had to go back and fix that item for us, since we were the only ones at the counter and only two cars went through the drive through, you would think three people prepping the food would be a bit more efficient. The trainee was the most courteous and apologetic for the mistake, the others were not.
