Used the drive-up while traveling today. The young lady who took my order was patient and kind.
The worst experience my family had at any Arby's. Rude employees! Dirty ! The meals were barely warm. If it was dirty in the front. I question the food preparation area. There was no health rating sign. I made a point going around the building looking at every door and window. I could only eat a few bites because I felt uneasy. We ended up throwing away most of the meals. I wish I had went to the McDonalds next door. This was the arby at exit 25A off I 64
There were 2 guys working this evening (6/15/24 8:40pm) One was in the kitchen, the other was taking orders at the front, possibly drive through, and bagging orders. The guy (I'm assuming Richard, based off the reciept) that helped us at the front, looked as though he was pissed to be there. When my BF I walked in, we felt the vibe from him. When he took our order, he kept asking if that was everything, after each item I had said, and seemed as though he was rushing us, before my BF could even order. When we were done ordering, he nearly threw the change in my BFs hands, and was talking over the headset, cursing about needing change. The ratings made me believe this would be a good experience, but based off of this guy, it wasn't. Not sure if he was overwhelmed with having to do mostly everything on his own, or what, but he shouldn't be disrespectful towards customers. As were waiting for our food, he took an order at the drive through, and we could hear him cursing saying the F word many times throwing papers. We got our food, and his name is actually Christopher. Unbelievable. Will probably never return to this location, based off the attitude we received. Buns were cold, I could feel it through the wrapper. Brian Cherry certified training manager (based off the decal on the window) please do a better job at training your employees.
I remember now why I don't like Arby's. Gross. If walmart was a fast food chain... Will never try again. Trash processed garbage cooked by kids
