This restaurant in Ottawa is a hidden gem. The staff is fantastic, the menu offers a great selection of food and drinks, and the atmosphere is amazing. The owner is a remarkable person who truly cares about ensuring that guests have a good time. The only drawback is that it is located far from where we live. Overall, keep up the great work!

Fine place it is! An island in the stream! Cold beer and friendly faces! I 'd love to go on and on but I 'm a fellow of few words so I 'll just tell everyone that Irish Pubs are my favorite places to be and the Black Irish is THE place to be. 'AND ' they have outstanding musicians to play sweet tunes while you sip on a cool adult beverage! Cheers! :

Very comfortable spot. a bit odd that they close at 1800. I expected them to be open later. Definitely a place to check out again.

The Black Irish lets us get a glimpse of what it 's like to have what the Brits call a 'local ' pub. Great food, interesting musicians, friendly staff... doesn 't get any better than this. Two thumbs up!
