Subway - Varennes

Well how can I say it's been 3-4 times now that I've eaten at this place and today still no Italian bread at 6 p.m. and I arrive with a coupon on my 2 12 inch phone for $17.99 to finally have to pay $30 for 2 12 inches without trio. The staff tells me there is nothing they can do..

The bathroom is by far the most disgusting I've seen in a long time... mold and black ring in the toilet... even the soap pump is not inviting!The condiments for the sandwiches are regularly missing and the employees use foul language to talk to each other in front of the customers!

Ask for a salad, all the vegetables are there .. The employee asks us what dressing for the salad, we ask him for homemade dressing but unfortunately he could and it is not written anywhere like Swiss cheese or plain dish which is very good to indicate who could. So we cancel the salad for a sandwich and he wants to charge us for the salad.Plus the cashier with his black Subway t-shirt filled with white cat or dog hair…. :(Its been 7 years since I go there at least 3 or 4 times a week!

Wednesday July 19The bathrooms were really messy. This is the first time I've seen this in a Subway.

Great polite and courteous service every time I visit this Subway! Really you should give customer service training at Subway de Boucherville on Fort St-Louis!
