Udupi Ujwala Refreshment - Vasco

After arriving early in the morning at the Goa Express, I decided to wait in the retirement room at the Vasco-da-Gama railway station as my check-in at the Calangute resort was in the afternoon. Near the train station, I discovered a simple Udupi restaurant where I had a breakfast of idli sambar and a plain dosa. The flavors were fantastic and I also had a cup of coffee. Later on, I returned to the restaurant and ordered a thali lunch, which included a dry sweet, lentil dish, dal, rasam, curd, pickle, papad, two chapattis, some rice, and a sweet dish, all for just £90. I thoroughly enjoyed this value-for-money meal and left satisfied. The restaurant is located on a parallel street, only a five-minute walk from the Vasco station.
