The food and service were excellent at this restaurant. Our server, Rebecca, was extremely helpful and courteous. Despite the restaurant being busy, she took the time to chat with us and answer our questions about Sweden, as none of us were from the area. She even mentioned her passion for Swedish and European history, so feel free to ask her any specific or advanced questions - she is sure to know the answer.

Food was exquisite, location was fantastic but the experience was made special by the people, in particular Rebecka and Chris who were just the nicest people you could wish to have serving you. Brilliant place, can’t recommend highly enough…

A restaurant situated at the brink of Svartån, in the middle of Västerås with very cozy atmosphere. My wife had the prawn sandwich and I had the Swedish classic S.O.S. (Smör, Ost, Sill Butter, Cheese, Herring) with a beer and an aqvavit. The food was really tasty and the chef payed attention to small details, like the asparagus on the prawn sandwich and the sauces with the herring. The staff is super nice and really service minded. Attended us, just when we needed them! If you are in Västerås, don't miss this gem!

Excellent service, cozy ambiance, good food, pretty good appetizers and excellent coffee. Good wine selection and excellent food presentation Small tables, no changing table in bathroom, too many stairs, not wheelchair adapted.

The food was great but the platters were a LOT of food. Like the mood of the place.
