Pizza shop with breakfast I've been in poor food quality before?

Bad pizza and worst service. I never buy from there. we ordered 2 pizzas that prepared them 1 and waited for us to confirm if the 2nd pizza was wrong. then the type took 15 minutes to prepare when the pick-up was finished 1. pizza was cold enough. the salesman was so rude.

If you could not give stars. No I repeat zero pizza slices available. never seen a poorer excuse for the pizza business model. avoid them at all costs.

Yesterday again is the third time that we order from here and every time they forget objects from our order. they delivered pizza after 1 hour terrible no taste add them not dipping sauce they do not get it

I am extremely disappointed in the service. We ordered online and it said the pizza would be free if not delivered within 40 minutes. After 45 50 minutes we get a call asking us if we live in Gatineau. Apparently their online system sent our order out to Gatineau. All the address details were correct, including the POSTAL CODE. Ok, a tech mistake, that's fine. Then the girl who called (Selena I believe) offered us our order for free as compensation for the inconvenience if we were to go pick it up on Vaudreuil. Ok, cool. We get dressed and are out the door, then we see a missed call apparently her offer of free Pizza was not authorized, so we were not getting our order period. They didn't even ask if we still wanted our food. Just a message taking back their free offer. Over an hour of our time was wasted even more so because at that point, we had to order and wait for food from somewhere else. I believe the call might have come from a main office or what ever, but still, get it together. Don't offer compensation and take it back.
