Pizza Roza - Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac

Very difficult telephone ordering conversation. Ordered 6 pizzas for delivery; and it arrived 1 hour later than the scheduled delivery time; it made me so stressed and I feel so bad for the delivery person who simply couldn’t find the address for one of the most important venues in Vaudreuil that’s only 5-minutes from the pizza shop (that’s the reason I chose to order here). The pizzas were good, so I don’t want to give them bad marks; but they certainly need to improve their customer service.

Ordered online and delivery guy brought an incomplete order, I called to try and get my missing item but I just got yelled at to pick it up myself after paying for delivery. Worked there for 2 days as a delivery driver. I quit because the owner was constantly rude to me and customers and the place is not maintained and disgusting.

The delivery driver was a very very sweet man but the owner of this place (or whoever answers the phone) is NOT nice at all.
