Loukoumania Cafe - Vaughan

This place is out of this world! Loukoumades are the best! Very delicious fresh honey dipped , absolutely yum! They were out of Greek coffee past two visits of mine, Id really appreciate if I could have my coffee with my loukoumades!

I ordered the Butter Coffee which was delicious and which is why this is still a 3 star review, but the person working the counter was quite rude when I ordered.I politely asked what the Greek coffee was and whether it had milk and she was quite flippant in her response to me and very unwelcoming. I then asked if I could get a large and she said “no, only comes in single or double” however the menu literally says small and large!I go to the Greek Restaurant right next door all the time with my family and we adore their food and hospitable service. It’s unfortunate that this place could have acquired repeat customers because of how often we visit their neighbour but if this is how they treat talk to customers, I don’t think I would visit again.The butter coffee, however, was great!

These donuts are very good but the service at the Rutherford location is horrible. The ladies serving us were totally rude. Asked for an extra box to split the donuts up and they made a huge deal about it.

I've been here about three times with my husband who is a Greek native only having moved here a few years back. We stumbled on this spot a few months back and do thoroughly enjoy it each time. I've had the fredo espresso, loukemades and the bougatsa. The service is a little slow at times so I wouldn't necessarily go if I'm in a rush. The food and drinks are perfect. I ordered the bougatsa first thing in the morning and it was perfect. Loukemades are made to order so be patient. Overall, I would swing by when I'm in the area.

It's a little bit of a wait, but well worth it. Coffee is really bitter (probably great for coffee lovers), and the desserts and iced teas were great! My second time there was the same... excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly. Really enjoy their food!!
