A star for the servers who did what they could to make us wait. 1h15 waiting for service in 3 sessions. After having reserved our table the previous day, we arrived with the sun, but we gradually found ourselves in the shadow of the hooded building on the head to cool us from the waiting faig. . Some simple dishes were not hot enough to warm us. A blame for the boss who didn’t have to move in front of our discontent. Nor did he worry about the fate of the client who slipped on the floor of the terrace and had to be evacuated by a broken arm or a clavicle helicopter. A rubber carpet in the snow and terrace boundary would not be an adequate safety element for people in ski boots. The danger was obvious. The next table before us did not have our patience and left after 1h30 waiting. Don't sell drinks at that table. It is apparently in the kitchen that is the problem by lack of staff or skills. The boss remains planted behind his bar with great constancy, taking none of the malfunctions. It would be opportune for the company that manages the domain of oz /vaujany to worry about the quality of service on the slopes given the many discontents that take the time to write a comment and that should represent only a small percentage of cases .lamentable

Address to avoid if you want to eat without waiting 1h30... The poor servers are understated and run in every direction to try to answer everyone. When our dishes arrived, the food was cold and the fries were barely cooked! We suggested to our server to offer us a digestive or a coffee to pass us the pill but the restaurant manager refused...

A restaurant? In a real restaurant we don't wait 1:30 to be served no. Disastrous organization, half-cold dishes, not a commercial gesture on the part of the owner who did not even have to come apologize for this uncontrollable chaos. Adding tables to make numbers is not in my opinion holding a restaurant. You will have understood, this address is to be avoided if you want to eat. Positive note: food was good and service was good. But it is not acceptable to see servers on the edge of tears and a hidden boss behind his bar so as not to face discontent of customers. Ah I forgot.. our waitress told us that she offered us coffee on her own pay, we obviously refused... where are we? Good hearer...
