I really enjoy dining at Burger Queen Lotte. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the portions are never overwhelming. Some of the staff members have even begun to recognize me and remember my usual order. Overall, it is a pleasant dining experience.

Very disappointing. There was not a single clean table and the floors were dirty. Make me wonder about the state of the kitchen. Burger was OK.

I really enjoy Burger Queen Lotte. The portions are never too big, and the staff is very friendly. Some of them even remember me and greet me warmly when I come in.

The fries were large and crispy, but I would have preferred them without the thick cut.
