They were super busy and understaffed, but friendly and did a great job.

Terrible, rude service. Girl who waited on us was extremely hateful, did not give us napkins or ketchup without asking. Plus they charged my debit card twice with 2 different amounts. Will be reporting this to my bank. Dairy Queen will not answer the phone.

This is the longest fast food place ever I stood in the drive thru for 30 to 45 minutes

The website and store indicated they were open, but I sat in the drive-thru for five minutes without any greeting. There were other cars in the parking lot as well. Eventually, I had to call the store, only to be told they "closed at 6." However, the signs on the door and drive-thru suggested otherwise. As a result, my kids had to wait another hour to eat.
