Bredal Kro - Vejle

Booked a room in the hotel for a 1 night stay after driving from Hook of Holland (650 miles). Decided to eat here as too tired to go elsewhere, and wanted a beer as well. Weren't we lucky? It is a gastro restaurant. If you are looking for steak or burger, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a fantastic range of taste and texture experiences that are well presented by friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is the place. A wonderful meal. We only had the seven courses, and found that was more than enough. Eleven courses are available for those who are really hungry!

If you are looking for a very classical danish restaurant, then this is probably not the best choice, but if you think that beautiful presentation increases the pleasure, combined with great tastes, then certainly stop here. We had a business lunch for 12 persons, and they had prepared a single dish with everything on it, from entree to dessert. Surprising at first, but a goos experience. I particularly liked a side dish of pigeon. Service was not great, possibly because of a language barrier pity we had to ask to explain what was on our plates. Very nice cosy atmosphere

Nice, neat and clean room. Good and plentiful breakfast. Would love to come again when we go that way.

Nice newly renovated rooms that were in a building away from the main road. Nice seafood buffet, good service from friendly staff. Pictures of the inn from the outside do not do the interior justice. There is a really cozy interior and good facilities inside.

Lovely newly renovated rooms in both the restaurant and the hotel part, always nice and smiling staff and a delicious high-quality fish buffet the place can only be recommended
