Chez Marthe - Velaine-sur-Sambre

The restaurant offers a good selection of ice cream, but it was a bit soft so it melted quickly. The whipped cream was also lacking in firmness. However, the hotel is welcoming and has a beautiful dining area separate from the take-away section. The staff were friendly.

If you're in the mood for delicious ice cream, head to Marthe's! My friend and I love to enjoy it right at the shop when the weather is nice. They offer two options: takeout ice cream or indulgent ice cream treats on site. For the takeout option, you can get 2 scoops for only 5 euros. I highly recommend it!

The iced cakes were delicious and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, but I will give them a pass considering it was a busy Sunday.

Great home, generous and delicious cuts! Listening to customers and even children (drawing table set with pencils). We'll be back! After a few months, we came back! Always as good and super personal! A third time, always at the top of the staff and cuts! We once again enjoyed ourselves with new amateurs who will come back!
