Coffee Fellows Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück

Since I often drive from Frankfurt to Vienna and always stop at different rest stops, an incident happened to me and my family at this rest stop yesterday for the first time. We had ordered a bratwurst and meatball, I asked the lady at the counter if there was anything else besides what was in the deli counter, because what was there just didn't look good, then the lady at the counter told me that was just something There's nothing new I can do. My two sons were hungry and still wanted it even though I felt unwell. We sat afterwards. My sons started eating and I immediately brought the bratwurst and the meatball back to the counter and saw that there were a lot of people standing at the counter and fresh bratwurst and meatballs were being made, then I asked the same lady about this bratwurst and the meatball and why she didn't make fresh bratwurst and meatballs for us, her statement was that several orders had come at once so she had to make new ones, the customers who were standing at the counter noticed and were very surprised how they could do something like that can still be stored in the counter, then I asked the lady how long the bratwurst and the meatball had been there, she said 5 hours. I was shocked, then the cashier came and noticed everything, asked if I wanted fresh bratwurst and meatballs, then said no, I just wanted my money. Then the cashier had to call her boss and handed me the phone, I explained the situation to the good gentleman, what happened afterwards was really outrageous, the owner explicitly told me on the phone that I was lying, that something like this had never happened before and I should Leaving the store. I'm quite sure if my children had continued to eat the bratwurst and meatball, I wouldn't want to know what could happen due to food poisoning.

We were there on Friday evening, had a long journey behind us and still had a flat tire... When I queued at Coffee Fellows, I saw that there were still filled bagels in the display...unfortunately only one with grilled chicken, I asked if I could get another one....the lady behind the counter visibly annoyed .... how can I ask something like that ... maybe she had just finished work? ...I got the answer: "If it has to be!... Ummm...sorry...I 'm about to buy a €5.90 bagel, do your job! Also the lady behind me (had also ordered 2 bagels with grilled chicken) same annoyed answer eye rolls ... The bagels were ok, but on the bagel I got which had been in the display for a while the salad was no longer enjoyable!

I got scammed by them because i bought a hot chocolate and 1/10 was hot chocolate and 9/10 was fake knock off costa froth.It wasnt nice and ps i had to pay for the toilets but the kinderbueno was nice.
