Located in the office center, this restaurant has a lobby on the ground floor that is uncomfortable with a dated Soviet-style decor. The second floor houses the dining room, with fresh salads always available. The food is slightly warm and lunch can be a bit pricey. Baked goods are lacking and there are many organizations above the restaurant. The renovation is clean and the offices are beautiful.
