GOOD EVENING. I AM REALLY SORRY! I CELEBRATED MY SON'S BIRTHDAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RELATE WITH THE CUSTOMER!! Small unexpected event, there was one more guest...big problem!! At a kids' birthday party, they didn't even bring a bottle of coke or orange juice to the table, as agreed on the menu... our son at home told us so!! But I say, you can be so unprofessional...to say the least!! Burnt pinse, confusion and rudeness! I don't think I will repeat the experience, even if the place is always full... well!!
