The menu of the day at 45 euros offered us this day in the entrance: mushroom velvety or quinoa taboulé, and in flat cassolette of mussels or spaghetti bologna. Nothing that tempts us, (we are two) you don't find yourself in a place like that to eat quinoa or spaghetti. All right, well, let's go to the map. A carpaccio of insipid octopus and a fish soup no better. Main dish: beef fillet with white truffle. We get a meclun plate, covered with beef slices, and sprinkled with slices of white truffles without any taste. Meat resembles a red vulgar, without seasoning or vegetables except salad. My mice of lamb confite is accompanied by semoule, it's passable. Super dessert trolley at 17 euros, but remained in the sun so served at the limit of the presentable. We didn't take wine, but a bottle of water and two coffees, plus 200 euros. Dear for a magnificent setting, I dare not imagine the price of the gourmet restaurant.
The restaurant the 180 is to avoid absolutely! the staff is very attentive and the service is perfect, but, alas, the dishes that are served are squarely an insult and an offence to the customerele special mention for the bouillabesse that will cause to die of laughing a lot of restaurateurs !......the prices practiced are very high and the kitchen is not high ! Anyway, a huge scam!

If you stay on the menu, flat entrance : 35 euros or flat entrance dessert : 45 euros , you can dine on the most beautiful panoramic terrace of Vence for a reasonable budget cocktail 20 e bottle of Provence 60 e . The choice of the menu remains limited to a choice of 2 entries and 2 dishes a pretty trolley of pastry. including excellent fresh foie gras mid-cuit and fresh summer truffles, very good roast lamb, purée house excellent juice reduced.
