Beurre-sucre - Vendôme

We came to eat a little by chance in this restaurant in the heart of Vandome. For negative points: Cider in bolted legal reason seems inappropriate especially for me that cider was not at all sparkling. I think the passage by producers would not cost too much, but would add a real plus to the advantage. The fries are also disappointing... It is not a great waste of time to offer quality at this level, passing through fresh and cooked products at the minute. The presentation also deserves a little better. Finally, don't confuse the alcohols to burn the pancakes. For positive points: We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of crêpes, cheese, salmon and charcoal. It was good and consistent on the quantity. People in service are very good. The price was also a good surprise. This moment is not perfect. Good luck.

For pancakes, the dough has a look too elastic and not very good taste (it looks like a dough bought all made or made with industrial ingredients). It's really a shame to consider the location in a small town like that. Let's hope that you will find this constructive for the rest and not spit on your crêperie.
