Arby's - Venetian Village

Restaurant appears clean, staff was friendly, good was hot. What's not to love?

Went 25 mins out of my way to enjoy Arby’s because there is none close by. Took the wife for a valentines roast beef. Drive through at 2pm 14 feb. I received an ice cold roast beef.And the roast beef sliders were just as cold. Asked for salt and ketchup and I received a handful of pepper packets. What is going on over there? The fries were hot. That’s it. Not one to complain but really let down.

Make sure to check your order at this location. I asked for no Arby’s sauce and leave the cheddar which she repeated back to me. I received no cheddar extra Arby’s sauce.. who ever answered the phone I called just said “ok”

Drive through took a while but service and food was amazing.
