Starbucks - Venetian Village

I LOVE our local Starbucks! Everyone there is always nice and helpful. They work their tails off during peak hours and still keep the Cafe looking top-notch while keeping a positive attitude!

Ridiculously slow every time I come here. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to is fine but not this one smh. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or dead they take forever and on more than one occasion have held up the line because they’re handing the wrong drinks to people or make them wrong etc. on a regular basis.

During the early afternoon on October 22, 2023, we visited the Grayslake Starbuck's because the Hainesville Starbuck's inside was closed, only the drive thru was open. We were greeted when we entered. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a hot chocolate. The barista was very helpful and friendly. We got our food and drinks in a very short time. Everything was hot and good. No complaints at all. Recommended.
