Brunch Republic - Venice

Il posto è molto carino e offre scelte vegane che sembrano molto buone, io ho ordinato il Very Vegan Toast e le patate dolci fritte (ho chiesto la maionese vegana al posto della salsa brunch) e le porzioni sono molto abbondanti. I ordered the pancakes and a smoothie, which were delicious. I also got a burrito to go and I absolutely loved it!

I recently tried a new dish from the latest menu at this restaurant. I ordered a bruschetta with beetroot hummus, avocado, and sprouts. It was one of the most charming dishes I have ever tried, although it was not very flavorful. The location is great and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Only vegan options were “healthy” vegan pancakes, burrito or vegan burger. I tried the pancakes. Went on a Saturday and place was clearly understaffed so didn’t get served for 30 minutes. The pancakes were okay, but barely any toppings or syrup and didn’t seem worthy of price compared to other places Iv been.

The restaurant only offered vegan options, including "healthy" vegan pancakes, a burrito, and a vegan burger. I decided to try the pancakes on Saturday, but the service was slow as the square was not very busy. The pancakes were just okay, lacking in toppings like fruit or syrup, and were a bit on the pricier side compared to other places in the area.
