But waiting for 4 minutes at the front of the line is too much when not being at least acknowledged. But when I was walking out the door and said thanks for the great service, no condescension was needed, I was already angry. Visit 10/08/2020 early afternoon done with this horrible location,
This review is mostly for the new Wagyu burger they offer. Brian M. refused to try it for me, so I had to step up. It was good. Service was pretty good. Bun was toasted. Meat and veggies were tasty. It was pretty hot. Bun was a lil squished but I got it to go so these things happen.. was it two whoppers good? Has Arbys gotten expensive? Yes, yes and yes, Arbys Wagyu is more than $10 if you want it as a combo. The $1 value sized Jamocha (autocorrect on my new phone changes this word to Kampuchea) shakes are gone as are the $1.49 and 1,69 versions. I think 3.29 or so for a small was the most affordable option. Mac and cheese and fry options at similar price points. Better deals at BK for me, but it was a good burger. $6.69 or so with tax. A la carte. I was offered a deluxe or a bacon ranch. I think the bacon ranch is a dollar extra and the deluxe is the standard offering.
They don 't have the meats! Went here last week and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. I was promptly told they didn 't have any roast beef ready, and it wouldn 't be ready for 30 minutes. I then ordered a chicken sandwich with crinkle fries and was told they only serve crinkle fries with the roast beef. I said but you don 't have roast beef, can 't I still have the crinkle fries ? The woman working the drive thru said yes, she 'd give those to me. Then I ordered mozzarella sticks and was told they didn 't have those either. When I got home to eat, much to my annoyance, the fries were curly not crinkle and the chicken sandwich was just ok. Yesterday, I figured I 'd give this Arby 's one more try thinking every place has an off day. This time they had the roast beef, but still didn 't have mozzarella sticks and didn 't have crinkle fries so I took the curly fries even though they 're not my preference. I also ordered chicken nuggets. When I got home, there were no chicken nuggets in the bag and just about the entire cup of curly fries was filled with little scraps of hard crispy curly fry pieces. Really bad. The young woman working the drive through should be given a raise for being polite and having to be the person who continually has to apologize for what the restaurant doesn 't have. If they consistently don 't have mozarella sticks, which appears to be the case, they shouldn 't be on the menu. How a place that claims to have the meats can ever run out of roast beef, their staple, is beyond me. I 'm not even mad at the employees who gave me the wrong order, twice. They 're a reflection of the incompetent person or people managing this restaurant.
Never go here. The service is horrible, the place was messy, and. We wanted to eat in the open dining room and waited for 10 minutes. A lady came in and the guy working behind the counter waited on her as she was picking up an order. He served her then turned around avoiding any eye contact with us. We were speechless so I just thanked him for his excellent service with our meal and promptly walked out hungry. They must be so desperate for workers that they will hire rejects. We will never go back. What a personal insult to turn one's back on a customer that wants service.
I like this shop a lot. They consistently dare with sandwich offerings, but I always order the classic single. The counter staff is great. There's a better attitude at Arby's than most fast food places. Also enjoy that they sponsor Venice HS athletics. What's not to love?
