The sandwiches were prepackaged, and my cheese appeared to have melted and rechilled at some point prior to me receiving it. There was very little variety. You could not even switch the bread from white to wheat. Wawa sandwiches would have been a better option both for variety and flavor. It was also very clear the servers did not want to be bothered by us. This was our favorite place to go for our working lunches but we won't be any more.

Had you asked me before the menu change I would have said hands down, best breakfast and coffee with friendly faces. Went in on Friday and they had not much to choose from on the disappointing new menu, but also what they listed- most wasn’t available . I’m a pretty understanding person, but the staff, one in particular was rude, unwelcoming and overall just a cloud of bleh to deal with before even getting a coffee. Won’t be back, which stinks, it was my favorite coffee shop.

TLDR mgmt please at least bring back fresh muffins! I used to really enjoy this cafe, but they've REALLY downgraded the menu recently (think grab and go, prepackaged, like at an airport or a gas station. I ordered a yogurt and granola for $4. I received a Greek yogurt single serve cup like you'd get from the grocery and a 2 tablespoons of store bought granola in a tiny plastic container. I was too shocked to say anything when she handed it to me... but this was not what I expected at all. This effort to save costs will likely continue to drive business down, which is a huge bummer. DO NOT COME FOR FOOD! Nothing is fresh here. The breakfast sandwiches are all frozen jimmy dean style) even the breakfast burrito is frozen. The muffins and danishes are what you would find individually bagged up at a gas station. The breakfast used to be awesome. Hopefully they get help soon and get some real breakfast back! The service and coffee is great tho.

The new menu is terrible very disappointed. Won’t last long.
