El Pollo Loco - Venice

I visited in June 2015 and had an incredible dining experience. The food was amazing! I had a salad with a cilantro dressing that was absolutely to die for. I even bought some to take home with me. This will be my first stop when I return this year!

The chicken is excellent! I'm not sure what makes it different, but it's juicy, crispy, and delicious.

I come once a week for three reasons. Good food. Pleasant prices and good people at this point.

The food is excellent, but I don't understand why this restaurant doesn't permit indoor dining. I used to enjoy coming here during my lunch break until they removed all the seating. Why did they do that? Where are people supposed to eat?

They seem eager not to worry about the quality of food there or the finished orders try to give them another chance, but they failed even more. That's why I'd like to go in or go into the window to check my order before they go because they just seem to put something in the bag with the delivery. If I didn't decide to go with dealers, then call me and let me know that more than one thing has changed with my order instead of just delivered it. before the pandemic never really had this problem, but I guess I never had delivery before the pandemic. But that's still not an excuse. Overall not satisfied with these sites quality of service.
