Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop - Venice

I went to brunch at this restaurant. The only vegan option was a mislabeled eggs Benedict dish and Avocado toast. They were also out of the vegan smashed potatoes. It seemed like the vegan options were lacking, as there wasn't even a veggie burger on the brunch menu.

I enjoyed the lala bowl I ordered, but I probably wouldn't order it again. On the other hand, my friend's stir fry looked delicious and he was very happy with it. The outdoor seating area has a cool LA vibe, which adds to the overall appeal of the restaurant. Despite the labeling issues, I still give them a good rating for the variety of tasty vegan options they offer. Hopefully, they continue to improve their labeling accuracy in the future.

I was very impressed with Greenleaf. Although there weren't many vegan options, you must try the buffalo cauliflower - it's incredible. The seasonal spaghetti squash is also delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The vegan options at this restaurant have expanded over time, which is great. However, there are still some issues with mislabeling on the menu - some items labeled as vegan are actually vegetarian. The menu has been updated to clarify what is vegan, but unfortunately, the highlighted salad listed as a vegan option contains non-vegan mayo. The vegan cookies are also smaller than the non-vegan ones, which is disappointing. I enjoyed the lala bowl I ordered, but I may not return due to these issues. My friend's meal looked great and he was very happy with it. The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating and a cool atmosphere. Despite some shortcomings, I still give them a good review for their decently delicious vegan options. I hope they continue to improve their labeling and offerings for vegans.
