Prime Serious Steak Venice

The food was absolutely delicious enjoy it very much celebrating my birthday and Emily was such a sweet waitress made it

Steak was sent back to be cooked more ordered well done and got **** medium. Second time it came out medium well. At least it wasn’t seasoned well so I could take it home, throw it in the air fryer to finish cooking, and feed to my dog.

Go somewhere else. Rude service from server and manager after we told her our steaks were extremely under cooked. They took the steak back to “put it back on the grill”, it was supposed to be well-done (see picture- that’s after being cooked twice). Server wouldn’t bring us the check until she cleared everything off of the table including some useless cutting boards that were in the way, saying “it’s a mandatory rule”. Server said, “it’s not my fault, I didn’t cook the food”. Then she cussed at us and told us not to leave a tip. Ok, we won’t.

Very disappointing. My meal was delicious. My friend ordered filet which arrived under cooked and missing the additional onions ordered. It was sent back and arrived again charred and flattened with a shrunken blacked poatao and still no onions. The manager was dismissive and even chuckled at our complaint. She said it was hard to do it properly. Are you kidding me? It 's a steakhouse- this is what you do!No offer to redo again. They did remove from bill. However one of us left hungry. Proceed with caution.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Jordan our waitress was awesome.
