When my daughter ordered a beautifully decorated birthday cake, Joanne personally delivered it to our home and set it up for us. Just last night, I reached out after hours to see if there was any way to get cupcakes with filling and a special Amaretto frosting today. I didn’t have high hopes since we live in a seasonal community, but Joanne happily agreed! My cupcakes were ready by 9:40 this morning – she saw my message at 9:30 on a Friday night!
